Choosing “irrelevant” was came closest to my assessment which is that this is already covered in the key factors dealing with armed conflict. The case of the Falkland War also indicates that this – unfortunately – deserves more than wild card status. However, I would prefer not to identify specific countries but refer to a generic, regional war.
